Shipping and Handling Shipping Policy We ship USPS standard and priority. Our Heavier orders will ship UPS or FEDEX. We ship the least expensive way possible. ​ We charge flat rates for each shipping service provided. ​ All items ship within 1-7 business days from the date payment is received, except custom and preorder items. Custom items ship 1-4 weeks from the date payment is received. MY STORY Midwest Ink Co. is a small town family business, offering custom and personalized apparel, signage, and gifts. What started out as a little set up in my home, to a quaint little office in our truck wash, to my own storefront, and back to an in-home business, and back to a brick and mortar on main street, I was nominated, since I am the creative one, to create and apply custom vinyl decals to a family members race car. From there my business grew to screen printing, embroidery, and eventually a larger cutter, and lastly engraving. I have been working at this business from 2004 to help support my family and haven't looked back since. ​ I have a passion to create new ideas as well as bring your ideas to life. To work on my business as much as I work in my business. Turnaround Times When can you expect your order Turnround times on custom orders are 1-3 weeks from the time the order is finalized and payment is made, not from the time we are contacted. We schedule by the half hour and can give you an estimated time frame when you contact us and when we foresee the order being ready. All times are estimated as unforeseen issues can arise that are out of our control.
